How to disable the anti-theft system of the Fiat Ducato camper

Model: Fiat Ducato X290 - Years 2014-2024

To reset the anti-theft system of the Fiat Ducato camper, we start by removing the small door at the bottom left of the steering wheel by unscrewing the 2 screws. Once the door is removed, we disconnect the connector (in the case of the red wire in the video) for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, we reconnect the connector, turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine, turn off the instrument panel, remove the key from the ignition switch, close all doors, and activate the anti-theft system as usual. If the problem is resolved, the anti-theft system will activate normally and we can reattach the previously removed door by screwing in the screws.

How to Open the Bonnet of the Ford Transit Custom
