Operation: To eliminate the brake squeal of the Fiat Tipo.

Let's see how to eliminate that annoying whistle that we can hear when braking with the Fiat Tipo. We lift the car and remove one of the front wheels. Using a wrench, we hold a bolt steady and unscrew the screw that locks the brake caliper. Once done, we rotate it upwards. We remove a brake pad and, with the help of a grinder, we smooth the edge of the friction material. We clean the seat with a specific spray and apply copper grease on the fixing points and on the back of the brake pad. We reassemble it and reposition the caliper, securing it with its screw, to which we apply a drop of threadlocker. We mount the wheel with the correct tightening torque and repeat the same steps on the other wheel.
