To deactivate the passenger airbag of the Fiat Fiorino, turn on the instrument panel by turning the key in the ignition switch. Once the panel is on, navigate through its menu using the arrow buttons located to the left of the steering wheel.

Then select the option for the passenger airbag, changing it from "On" to "Off". This will deactivate the airbag, and you will notice the corresponding warning light on the instrument panel. You can reactivate it using the same procedure.
