In this video, you can see where the starter motor is located in the Fiat Ducato van and how to proceed if you need to replace it, a very simple operation. As shown, the starter motor is located underneath the vehicle, to the left of the engine.

Before proceeding with its replacement, open the panel in front of the driver's seat and disconnect the battery for safety. Then go underneath the vehicle, disconnect both power terminals, and unscrew the mounting bolts.

To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
