Replacing the timing belt of the 2015 Ford Focus with a 1.0 Ecoboost 3-cylinder engine is a fairly simple operation that can be done independently thanks to our video tutorial. The first thing to do is to open the front hood to locate the belt block located on the right side of the engine. The second thing to do is to loosen the nuts that secure the tensioner pulley and other pulleys in order to loosen the grip of the belt and remove it. Once the belt is removed, we will need to tighten the nuts of the pulleys and the tensioner pulley to put the belt back in place.
