Today's main steps will show us how to disassemble and replace the turbocharger of the Ford Focus 1.8 TDCi. First of all, we open the hood of the car and start disassembling and removing the air filter box and the intake hose, unscrewing all the fixing screws; we disconnect the electric connector of the turbo pressure, as shown in the video.

Now we unscrew the screws of the manifold connected to the turbocharger, lifting the car to access it; we remove the turbine and replace it with a new one if damaged, following the video tutorial until the end!
