Removing the Turbocharger from the Ford Focus 1.8 TDCI

In today's tutorial video, you will learn how to remove and replace the turbocharger of the Ford Focus 1.8 TDCI, applicable to both the first and second series; in this case, the operation is performed with the engine removed. First, disconnect the exhaust manifold from the turbocharger; then, undo the fixing bolts of the turbo using a socket spanner, and disconnect the air hose. At this point, disconnect the sensor cable to completely remove the turbocharger; for reassembly, simply follow the reverse procedure!
