How to adjust the headlights of a Ford vehicle if we are carrying something heavy

In this video we can see how to adjust the beam of the headlights if we are carrying something heavy, or if we are towing a caravan or a boat. The video refers to a Ford Explorer, but the procedure is the same for all vehicles of this brand. We will need a tape measure, adhesive tape, and a Phillips screwdriver. Position yourself in front of a white wall about 7.5 meters away and turn on the headlights, measuring the distance from the ground to the small circle in the middle of the headlight; place the tape on the wall at the same height, and check the type of lamps, verifying it from the writing on the headlight (VOR = LED or VOL = halogen). If we have LED lamps, the light beam should be just below the mark we made on the wall; if we have halogen lamps, the beam should be exactly at the point marked with the tape. If it is necessary to adjust the headlight, open the hood: the adjustment screw is located right at the optical group, and we will adjust it until we reach the correct height.
