How to Remove the Rear Bumper of the Ford Explorer?

Model: Ford Explorer MK 5, U502 - Years 2011-2019

To remove the rear bumper of the Ford Explorer, open the tailgate to access the screws securing the rear lights. Once these screws are loosened, you can pull the lights from their housings by disconnecting the connectors and unscrewing the screws underneath that hold the bumper. Additional screws securing the bumper are located inside the wheel arches and at the bottom of the bumper itself. Once the bumper is free, you can detach it completely and install a new replacement part.
