How to disassemble the air conditioning console in the Ford Focus?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the air conditioning console in the Ford Focus, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, then remove the indicated plastic cap and unscrew the two screws just released using a Torx T25 key. Next, grab the upper console, pull it towards you, detach it from the dashboard, and unhook the frame of the gear shift base. At this point, all that remains is to unscrew the fixing screws of the console, remove it from the support, disconnect the connector, and install the replacement following the reverse procedure.
