The service light on a Ford Kuga MK1 model produced from 2008 to 2013 activates when it is necessary to perform maintenance on the vehicle. After completing the maintenance operations, we can reset the light. To reset the light, we must turn on the instrument panel and press the accelerator pedal and brake pedal simultaneously. We hold down the pedals until the message "service light reset" is displayed on the instrument panel. To complete the reset operation, we turn off and on the instrument panel. If the light is not reset, it is possible to perform the procedure a second time before going to the workshop and having a computerized diagnosis done.
