How to remove the battery of a Ford S-Max MK1

In this video we can see how to remove the battery of a Ford S-Max MK1: to access the battery we will need to remove the air filter, which is held in place by screws and a clamp. The battery is protected by a plastic partition, which we will also need to remove; it is not screwed in, but only hooked on the sides, so it will not be difficult to remove. Underneath we find a safety plate, which secures the battery to its base; we will then need to unscrew the 8mm bolt. Next, we can disconnect the negative terminal, then the positive terminal, and finally remove the battery from its housing, in order to replace it with a new one.
