How to Reset the Oil Light on a Ford Transit 250

In this video, we will see how to reset the service light on a 2024 Ford Transit 250: the reset is done in a few seconds, using the controls on the steering wheel, without the need for special tools. Turn on the ignition without starting the engine. The buttons we need are on the right side of the steering wheel. We will use the up/down arrows to scroll and the 'ok' button to confirm. Scroll through the screens until we reach 'settings', and confirm with 'ok', then scroll down to 'vehicle maintenance' and confirm. Here select 'oil life' and press 'ok', which we will continue to hold until we see the oil life percentage reset to 100%. Turn off the ignition and then start the engine to verify.
