How to Remove the CD Radio from a Ford Vehicle

Here’s how to remove the Ford CD6000 radio from a Ford vehicle (Fiesta, Focus, or similar from the 2000/2010 years). You will need Ford extraction keys, which can be found on AliExpress with code 1005003020711209 for €2.70 plus €1.50 shipping. The vehicle must be off: insert the keys correctly. The flat side should face outward from the radio, while the side with the notch should face inward. Insert the first two keys into the lower slots and push them until you feel them latch, then insert the other two into the upper slots. Unlock the mechanism and gently pull the radio towards you. Disconnect the connector and the antenna.
