How to Change the Engine Oil on a Ford Kuga

To change the engine oil on a Ford Kuga, position the vehicle on a flat surface and safely lift it to access the underside of the engine. Place a container under the oil sump and remove the filler cap in the engine bay. Then unscrew the drain plug located under the sump and allow the used oil to drain completely. Once the draining is finished, refit the drain plug and ensure the seal is in good condition. Pour the new engine oil through the filler neck using the specified quantity for the installed engine. Check the level with the dipstick and add oil if necessary. Start the engine for a few seconds, turn it off, and check the level again, ensuring there are no leaks around the drain plug.
