How to Reset the Service Light on a 2019 Ford Transit Connect

Let's see how to reset the service light on a 2019 Ford Transit Connect: as a prerequisite, the engine must be running, in neutral with the brake pedal pressed as shown in the video, and of course, you must have changed the oil and filter. Use the 'arrow' buttons on the steering wheel (left side, central group) and scroll down until you find the 'settings' option, pressing the 'ok' button in the centre of the arrows. Navigate to 'vehicle information' and press 'ok': a submenu will open where you need to scroll to 'oil life'. Pressing 'ok' will display the remaining oil life percentage and the option to reset. Briefly press the 'ok' button to select the reset option, then hold it down for 2-3 seconds: you will see a progress bar and then the text will change to oil life 100%.
