By pressing the accelerator and brake pedals simultaneously, you can start the reset procedure for the Service light on a Ford Transit. Turn the key to switch on the dashboard and wait about 20 seconds before releasing the pedals and switching off the dashboard again.

Now, reactivate it and navigate the menu that appears on the display using the directional arrows on the right side of the steering wheel. By selecting the 'Maintenance' option, you can check that the oil life percentage has returned to maximum, completing the reset.
