Instructions for Replacing the Front Headlight

Model: Ford Ranger MK 2 - Years 1993-1997
Part: Headlight

First, open the bonnet and ensure it is securely supported. To detach the lamp holder, access between the headlight and the slam panel: pull out the lamp holder and check the integrity of the bulb. To remove the headlight, first unscrew the fixing screws of the front cover and remove it; then unscrew the fixing pin of the side light (located at the back) and pull it out of its seat by detaching the lamp holder. At this point, unclip the headlight fixing clips and remove it to replace it with the new one: you will need to transfer the adjustment screws from the old headlight to the new one. Install the new headlight by correctly positioning the adjustment screws and ensuring it fits perfectly by reattaching the fixing clips. Reattach the side light. Proceed in the same manner for the other headlight and reassemble the front cover.
