Is the starter motor damaged? Here’s how to remove the starter motor on Ford Transit. Open the bonnet, remove the engine soundproofing panel. Disconnect the battery terminals. Disconnect the starter motor power terminals using pliers or a screwdriver, depending on the pressure of the tabs. Unscrew the securing bolts of the starter motor with a socket wrench and remove it from the engine bay (if you encounter issues, access the starter motor from below). Install the new starter motor, connecting the power cables and the associated securing screws. Test the part by starting the vehicle.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
