Removing the Clutch on Ford Focus

In this video, learn how to remove the flywheel and clutch from the Ford Focus 1.8 diesel. First, lift the vehicle: then, once you have disconnected the gear linkage, remove the drive shafts from underneath. Remove all screws and bolts holding the gearbox to lower it. To detach the gearbox from the shaft, simply turn it counterclockwise to slide it out. Now, remove the clutch by unscrewing the bolts around it: at this point, remove the flywheel by unscrewing the eight bolts surrounding it!
