How to Remove the Rear Bumper of the Ford Focus

As usual, before carrying out any maintenance or mechanical work on your car, ensure it is stable and secure on a flat surface or on a ramp. Once this is done, proceed to remove the rear bumper of the Ford Focus. The first step is to remove the splash guards found inside the wheel arches. To do this, unscrew the six screws (for each splash guard) that hold them in place. At this point, unscrew the bolts inside the wheel arches that secure the rear bumper. Remove the two lights fitted into the bumper by unlocking them from the inside of the bumper itself. Pull out the bulb and, along with the electrical connection, extract them from the hole in the bumper. Finally, unscrew the screws that secure the bumper at the top and bottom. Pull the bumper away from its location and you're done!
