How do you remove the rear light on your car? Let's look at removing the rear light on a Ford Fiesta. Lift the car's tailgate and secure it. Remove the fabric cover on the side of the boot and unscrew the plastic nut. Unscrew the securing screws on the side of the light. Once all screws are removed, detach the light from the bodywork: disconnect the electrical connector to the bulbs. After completing the various connections, secure the rear light back onto the car's body. Test the operation of the rear light bulbs.
