Before you can start, open the front bonnet of your Ford Ka. Begin by loosening the tensioner of the auxiliary belt, then remove the belt itself that is connected to the alternator. Once done, unscrew and remove the screws securing the alternator, then remove the alternator itself, and you will have completed the disassembly.

To install the new alternator and reassemble everything, simply follow these instructions in reverse. Once you have completed this step, you will have successfully completed the replacement.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
