How to Turn Off the Engine Light on a Ford Focus

Want to turn off the light on the dashboard of your Ford Focus? Here’s how to turn off the maintenance light. Enter the vehicle, press the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal, then turn on the ignition (you will see the maintenance light illuminated). A reset message will appear: wait for the reset message regarding maintenance. After these operations, release the pedals and turn off the ignition. Turn the ignition back on to check the maintenance performed (the light should no longer be illuminated). Always remember to make changes to the onboard computer with the car in a safe condition.
