In this video, learn how to open the fourth generation Ford Mondeo, as well as most models from the manufacturer with the same system, using the mechanical key inside the remote. To open the vehicle, take your mechanical key to remove the plastic cover on the opening handle, as shown in the video. This way, you can insert the key into the lock and open the vehicle. This emergency procedure should be performed whenever the remote key battery is flat.
