Removing the rear light on a Ford Fusion may initially seem complex and impossible to do without the help of an experienced mechanic. In reality, it is quite simple, and to do it correctly, follow these instructions. First, ensure the engine is off and the handbrake is engaged. Then, go to the back of the car and fully lift the bonnet. Using a suitable spanner, unscrew the two side screws that secure the light, then do the same with the screw located inside the bonnet. Remove the plastic cover and loosen the screw directly underneath. At this point, using a flat screwdriver, gently release the light and you're done.
