To replace the air filter it is necessary to follow the following scheme: open the bonnet and locate the filter housing cover less than in the center of the engine compartment. The cover is fixed with four screws placed on the top of the cover, with a key unscrew and extract them. In this way we will have access to the compartment containing the air filter. Pull the filter out of the housing and take out the new filter. Always check first that the type of filter is suitable for the type of vehicle. Place the new filter in the compartment and replace it on top of the cover, proceeding to re-tighten the four screws.

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time.
