Instructions for Removing Front Bumper

Model: Ford Focus MK 3 - Years 2011-2018
Part: Front bumper

To facilitate the removal of the front bumper, position the vehicle on suitable car ramps to ease access to the wheel arches. Start by opening the front bonnet and removing the headlights; then proceed to remove the clips securing the plastic cover of the grille, disconnecting the cable connected to the bonnet release lever as well. Next, remove the fixing screws for the bumper along the lower edge (12 screws) and those along the inner edges of the wheel arches. Once the wheel arch liner is removed, unscrew the bumper fixing pins to detach the edge; disconnect the fog light connectors and pull the bumper forward. Reverse the process for reassembly.
