How to Reset the Oil Change Light on the Ford Escape Mk3

This guide shows how to reset the engine oil change light on the Ford Escape Mk3. The operation is performed with the ignition on and using the left controls on the steering wheel. Use the arrows to scroll to the settings page. Then, select the vehicle tab and subsequently select the option to reset the engine oil life. Press the "OK" button to start the reset procedure. Following the on-screen instructions, hold the "OK" button until the countdown is complete. Once finished, a success message will be displayed. Turn off and then turn on the ignition to verify the procedure was completed correctly.
