To replace the cabin air filter in your Ford Explorer, first open the glove compartment located on the passenger side. Once opened, unscrew the screws inside to remove the glove compartment itself, providing access to the rear.

At this point, as you can also see in the video, you will have a rectangular cover in front of you that needs to be removed, giving access to the filter. Now, the cabin air filter can be removed from its housing and replaced with a new spare part.

After replacement, reinstall all previously removed parts.
