Before discovering how to change the engine oil in a Ford Fiesta, remember that this operation must be carried out in full compliance with the rules. Therefore, it is essential to keep the engine off for the entire duration of the operation and ensure that its temperature is sufficiently low. Once done, lift the vehicle with a suitable jack and locate the oil sump at the bottom of the engine compartment. Position a suitable container and unscrew the plug. Allow all used oil to drain out and then refit the plug. Next, locate the oil filter and replace it with a new one. Finally, pour the new oil into the respective reservoir in the engine compartment.
