To replace the rear brake pads on a Ford F-350, remove the wheel corresponding to the pads being replaced by loosening its lug nuts. Once the wheel is removed, unscrew the bolts that secure the caliper to the brake rotor.

This will allow you to remove the caliper and replace the pads inside with new replacement parts. After the replacement, reattach the caliper to the brake rotor by tightening the appropriate bolts, and also install the wheel.
