In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the BMS module in a Ford Focus, which is the battery monitoring and management system. This simple operation should be performed after replacing the battery itself. First, enter the cabin and insert the key, then activate the dipped headlights and turn on the instrument cluster. Next, operate the main beam switch five times consecutively, press the brake pedal three times, and wait a few seconds. If the procedure is executed correctly, the battery warning light will start flashing and then turn off completely.
