Removing the Car Bonnet

Removing the bonnet without adequate support can be dangerous, as it may fall and cause injury. Therefore, always exercise caution. To remove the bonnet hinge, you need to remove: the side indicator lights, the front bumper, the front headlamps, and the front wing panel. Next, disconnect the washer hose and remove: the bonnet insulator, the seal that holds the bulkhead panel between the engine compartment and the cabin, the bonnet, the bonnet hinge, and the bonnet support rod. All of this should then be installed in the reverse order of removal.
