How to Reset the Service Light on a Ford Kuga

When your Ford Kuga indicates, with the activation of the specific light, that it is time for an oil and filter change, it alerts you to perform the service for your safety and that of others, so do not ignore it. You can reset the light only after completing the service. To reset the light, get into the vehicle and close all four doors. Then press the accelerator and brake pedals simultaneously. Turn on the ignition and hold until the reset: the onboard computer will indicate that the operation has been completed. At this point, you can turn off the ignition and turn it back on to check that the light has indeed gone out.
