Replacing the Suspension Arm

The suspension arm of the car ensures the connection between the chassis and the struts. Replacing it is not a very complicated job and can be done independently, saving some money. The following guide explains how to replace it. You will need a jack and a spanner. Identify the arm to be replaced and lift the car to work safely. Then, unscrew the bolts with the appropriate spanner and remove the wheel from the hub. Next, disconnect the stabiliser link from the arm, using the spanner. Once the suspension joint is removed, you will have the arm in front of you to remove.
