Replacing Front Hub Bearing

To replace the front hub bearing directly on the vehicle, you need specific tools; lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheel (loosen the bolts before lifting), unscrew the central nut securing the driveshaft, the brake caliper, and its support; remove the fastening nut of the brake disc and the disc itself. Attach the appropriate puller to the hub to remove it: the part of the bearing stuck on the hub can also be removed using a cutting disc and a manual grinder, taking care not to damage the hub itself; detach the ball joint of the suspension arm to slide out the driveshaft and complete the bearing removal by taking out the retaining circlips: another puller is needed to extract the part of the bearing stuck in the hub seat. Lubricate the bearing seat with grease, insert the new bearing, and press it in completely using the same tool in reverse; apply the circlips, install the hub using the threaded bar and spacers, and finally reassemble the driveshaft, disc, and brake caliper.
