If the radiator fan on your Ford Focus has suddenly stopped working, the first thing to do is check the status of the respective relay, whose position is shown in this video. As demonstrated, the relay is located in the box within the engine bay, protected by the plastic cover next to the battery.

It is labelled R12 and is the first in the left half of the box. Ensure you replace a faulty relay with a spare of the same specifications, otherwise you may damage the fan.
