In this video, you will learn how to use AppLink on Ford's Sync3: the first thing to check is that Bluetooth is active, that your smartphone is connected and paired, and that you have downloaded the apps you wish to access. Android users can connect via Bluetooth, while iPhone users must connect via cable. Activate the 'mobile app' function by going to 'settings/mobile app/activate mobile app/yes'. Then open the app on your smartphone, go to applications, and select 'connect to mobile app', then click on the desired app. The app can also be selected by voice by pressing the designated button on the steering wheel. You can find the list of apps that can be loaded on the Ford website.
