In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the front bumper of the Ford Fiesta. Start by lifting the front of the vehicle with a hydraulic jack and place safety stands under the car. You need to remove the two front wheels. Remove the splash guards from both sides with a star screwdriver to take out the fixing screws and remove the retaining clips with the appropriate tool. Lift the bonnet and remove the front plastic trim. You also need to take out the two front headlights, so remove the two fixing screws for each headlight. At this point, you can remove the front bumper.
