Replacing the LED Number Plate Light Bulb on the Ford Fiesta

Let's see how to proceed if the number plate light on our Ford Fiesta burns out or if we want to improve its efficiency. Using a flat screwdriver, detach the light above the number plate and once freed from its housing, rotate to remove the bulb holder. Replace the bulb with a new LED one and check its proper functioning by turning on the headlights. Unlike the old bulbs, the new LEDs require correct polarity: if they do not light up, simply pull them out and rotate them 90°. Reinsert the light in the correct housing and repeat the same process with the other side.
