In this very short tutorial, the procedure to reset the service light on a fifth-generation Ford Explorer, produced from 2011 to 2019, is shown. Start by turning on the vehicle's ignition without starting the engine.

Then, select "settings" from the display menu using the right arrow, and continue by selecting "vehicle settings", "vehicle", and "oil life reset". After this, press and hold the "OK" button on the "set to 100%" option to reset the service light and complete the task.
