How to Replace the Key Battery of the Ford Edge
Follow these steps to correctly replace the small button battery inside your Ford Edge Mk2 key. First, pull out the metal top of the key to easily remove the physical emergency key located inside the cover. Next, use a flathead screwdriver to remove the back cover and locate the exhausted battery. Finally, replace it with a new button battery (CR2450) and reassemble the cover.
