In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the ignition cylinder on a Ford Focus, a very simple and quick operation. To do this, you will need a thin Allen key or an equivalent tool. First, open the bonnet and disconnect the battery to work safely. Next, remove the lower cover of the steering column by unscrewing the indicated screws with a Torx T15 key. Then, insert the key into the cylinder, locate the small front hole, and, using the Allen key as leverage while turning the key to the second position, extract the cylinder from its housing.
