In this video, we can see how to disconnect the battery of the Ford Transit Tourneo Custom: the battery is located under the driver's seat, so first we will need to remove it. The screws for the seat are located inside the rails, and to start with, we can remove the first two screws that are right at the beginning; then we move the seat all the way forward, and similarly, we will find a screw on each side at the back. Once these four screws are removed, the seat can be taken off and we can access the battery compartment: We can access the positive and negative terminals without having to remove the entire battery, just by removing the covers located at the bottom of the compartment. The negative terminal is located on the right side.
