First disassemble and remove the bumper from the car, then with a torch prepare to heat the damaged part, in this way the plastic will become more malleable and you can give it its original shape, once brought to its original shape you can cool the part heated to keep it in its original shape. In case of cracks or holes on the bumper it will be necessary to drill holes in order to keep the two split parts together with clamps, after a good smoothing both outside and inside with sandpaper P150, it will be necessary to clean the whole area with acetone. On the outside with paper tape cover the cracked area including the holes with the clamps, while on the inside you can place a reinforcement mesh. Now with the two-component glue, after having mixed it, let's apply it on the inside of the bumper above the reinforcement mesh and let's place some gauze on the glue, remove the paper tape from the outside and let's go to perform the repair only with glue. After drying the glue we go to refine the external part, clean it properly and apply a filler reinforced with glass fiber mixed with a catalyst to speed up the hardening process, after having applied it we wait for it to dry and give another passed with the same filler. Now with a lighter sandpaper we give a final refined and begin to clean the whole area in order to be able to apply the last lighter filler for the final definition, if necessary repeat this operation again but pay attention to the thickness of the material you apply . Proceed with the last refinement until you get an appreciable result. We clean the whole area and apply a transparent fixative at least a couple of times. Now with a very light sandpaper we are going to refine the whole area by wetting the paper with water. We finish with the painting by compressor.
