How to Replace the Car Stereo in a Ford Fusion

Model: Ford Fusion MK 1 - Years 2002-2012

Unclip and lift the bonnet to disconnect the battery cables and protect all remaining electrical equipment. Now, position yourself comfortably to perform the necessary operations for removing the stereo. Using a plastic lever, lift the glossy black panel and pull it upwards to avoid obstruction. Next, disconnect the connectors at the back of the panel to remove it completely. To remove the stereo, unscrew the four bolts securing it and pull it towards you. Disconnect the connectors at the back and install the new stereo model.
