In this video, you will see how to reset the oil service light on a Ford Ranger: turn on the ignition and notice that the light comes on immediately. It would be easy to enter the settings, select the "vehicle" option, and turn off the light from there, but this procedure cannot be followed on this vehicle.

So, turn everything off, press the start button, and simultaneously press the brake and accelerator pedals for 20 seconds. The oil light will briefly illuminate and then turn off. You can release the pedals and try to turn off the ignition, then turn it back on to check that the operation has been completed successfully.
