Let's see how to remove the front bumper of a Honda Civic MK7: we start by removing the outer lining of the wheel arch, and remove the screws underneath; we also remove the plastic clips from the inner wheel arch; then we remove the bolt located at the front bottom of the car. We will need to repeat this entire operation on the other side of the car. Now we lift the front hood, because we need to remove the plastic cover at the front of it, which is held in place by a couple of clips. Now we remove the two bolts on the upper sides of the grille, and two clips that need to be removed from the inside; after that we can remove the bumper along with the grille.
