Replacement of Front Suspension Links

Replacing the links that connect the stabiliser bar to the wishbone is a very simple task. To unscrew the nut securing the ball joint, you need to lock the ball joint pin by inserting an Allen key into the centre: then grip the nut with a socket spanner, secure the pin with the Allen key, and unscrew. Once the nuts are removed, extract the old link and insert the new one, tightening using the same technique. The new links will make the ride more comfortable and safe, eliminating those annoying noises caused by the deterioration of the rubber bushes.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
